His background includes critical experience in cyber-physical systems, cybersecurity, supply chain security, cloud-native architecture, DevSecOps (development, security, and operations), zero trust techniques, and digital engineering. Prior to joining OpenQQuantify, Kyle was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SOSi, where he joined in 2022 as the founding CTO. At SOSi, he led the company's technology, cybersecurity, research, and innovation strategies, bringing invaluable expertise in various domains. Before SOSi, Kyle was the founding Chief Software Engineer (CSE) for the Department of the Air Force, where he significantly contributed to the $96 billion U.S. Air Force Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) / Sentinel ICBM modernization program. In this role, he managed over 1,000 software engineers and led the development of the first cloud-native nuclear weapon system program, as well as the first major weapon system in the Department of Defense to adopt a complete DevSecOps delivery methodology.
